I would like to thank the sales man working on Saturday May 22nd.
I was down to the wire on getting our summer rental cottage ready for the season. With guests coming in on Sunday morning and our Jøtul gas heater not working, I needed some help and he was willing to give me a hand.
With the stove in the back of my truck he came out, looked at it, sold me some parts and off I went, only to come back later with a stove that still would not work. Again, he was there to help. I had a wire that had come off and I didn’t know were it went. He looked at it and immediately knew where it went.
I installed the wire and the heater worked normal.
So please thank him for me.
