I just want to take a moment to comment Robert Carter. He came to service my Harmon XXV pellet stove… and was very professional. You are lucky to have him as an employee. He answered my every & many questions and explained what was wrong with the stove. He went above and beyond… as he really listened — but continued on working — and said he would call your Ellsworth store to order a couple things I need. I do appreciate the service that he provided.
